The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment must be switched off before entering the auditorium.

The Arts Theatre reserves the right to make any changes to the performance owing to unforseen or unavoidable cause.

Standard concessions, when available, are purchasable for guests over the age of 60, under the age of 16, in full time education or registered unemployed. Concessions for other guests will be advertised when applicable. Patrons who are registered disabled may be entitled to bring a free carer. Please ask at our Box Office for access seating and information.

The Arts Theatre reserves the right to cancel or abandon the performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price.

It is not always possible to issue duplicate tickets where there is a possibility of both the original and duplicate ticket being used, compromising the licensed capacity of the venue. Duplicates may therefore be issued at the discretion of the Box Office.

There is a £2.90 booking fee on all tickets purchased online or over the phone.

If you arrive late we appreciate that you will want to take your seats as soon as possible. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists, we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance and we cannot always guarantee admission.

Please note that we have no cloakroom facilities at the Arts Theatre and are unable to store large items.

Please note bag checks are in operation.

Readmission cannot always be guaranteed but sometimes we may be able to show you to alternative seats.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show, at an additional cost of £2 per ticket. Tickets must be exchanged no later than 24 hours before the start of the performance and this is always as the discretion of Box Office Management.

The Arts Theatre sells tickets using a dynamic pricing structure and as such the price of a particular ticket may change. The Price paid at the time of booking is final and non-negotiable.
