Access Information

To ensure we can meet our customer’s needs, we request information to highlight those requirements. As an entertainment venue, we recognise the impact having to provide evidence can have, both on the customer and our staff during the booking process.

We appreciate that at times, this can sometimes be a difficult exchange and so we endeavour to eliminate any possible discomfort by highlighting the below which will be accepted by our staff with no exceptions.

We may ask for your guidance on anything that will improve your visit and help us navigate the best possible seating for your needs.

Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
• Certificate of Visual Impairment
• War Disablement Pension
• AFIP (Armed Forces Independence Payment)
• Continuing Healthcare Package
• Dual Sensory Impairment
• Blue Badge
• Disabled Railcard
• CEA Card
• Nimbus CredAbility/ Access Card
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
• Document with a ‘+1’ symbol
• Any other International Disability Document.

PLEASE NOTE we do not offer discounted tickets to anyone at our venue unless there is a valid show sponsored promotion. Our access policy is designed to ensure we can allow all patrons the opportunity to watch the performance equally, aiding and supporting requirements during your visit to us.

Customers with access requirements who require continuous support throughout their visit to be able to attend may obtain a companion ticket at no additional cost. The personal assistant or companion must be at least 16 years of age, and a companion aged 16 or 17 is not permitted to supervise anyone aged 15 or under.

*All customers must have provided evidence to the venue to qualify for online booking of a companion ticket.

We do ask for proof of eligibility to specifically support this and will accept the following documentation.

• Front page of PIP Daily Living Component
• Front page of DLA High or Middle Rate Care Component
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
• CredAbility’s Access Card

If you do not have any of the above documents, then we will require further information about why you would like to apply for Personal Assistant ticket and applications will then be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
